1. Why Buying From Us?

a) We have got enough reasons for you to buy from us:

  • You can save time & travelling cost (the precious time could be spent with the loved ones).

b) Do you have physical shop/boutique?

Currently, we have 4 boutiques in Kota Damansara, Bandar Baru Bangi, Kuantan & Sg. Petani.

 

2. Order & Purchase

a) Is there any minimum or maximum amount of purchase from Jumana?

There is no minimum purchase from Jumana. You can just buy 1 piece of product and we would be happy to deliver it to you.

However, if you are interested to buy in large quantity, we would prefer for you to contact us directly. Just email us and we'd try to answer your queries. InshaAllah!

 

 b) How to make an order?

You can refer to "How to Order Online" page. Alhamdulillah, all our customers have received their orders safely.

 

 c) How long is the booking period?

All items are based on first come first served basis. 

 

 d) Payment method?

For ONLINE purchase, you can make online payment / bank transfer via iPay88 or Paypal. If you want to make payment via ATM transfer / cash deposit, please choose "Offline Payment" method in the Checkout process.

Credit or Debit Card is accepted as mode of payment at our boutiques.

 

3. Delivery / Shipping

a) Do you deliver outside Malaysia?

Yes, we would be very happy to deliver to you wherever you are. Please contact us if you are ordering from outside Malaysia. Email your order to jubah.online@yahoo.com

 

b) How long the delivery will take for Online purchase?

We will be using Pos Laju or City-link for delivery within Malaysia. Thus customers in Malaysia can expect the goods to reach them less than a week unless they specifically requested for delivery via Registered Post. As for the customers outside Malaysia, it depends on your location. Worry no more! The postage can be tracked down using the tracking number.

c) How about the Online delivery cost?

FREE Delivery for purchase of 500gm and above within Peninsular Malaysia. For Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery cost will be borne by customers & will be calculated according to weight. This is of course based on the charges made by the courier companies (Pos Malaysia or City-link)

 

d) What if the product does not reach the customers?

Please contact us via email at jubah.online@yahoo.com. We will check the delivery status with the courier company & will re-send the product is necessary. All the delivery has barcodes and thus it is not difficult for us to track them down.
